The IPBA Leinster Branch was founded with an aim to promote and encourage, the culture and advancement of Piping and Drumming,

    Pictured (below) in Black Raven Band Hall last night at the announcement of the examination results following successfully completing their National Progression Awards in Piping. These are SQA recognised qualifications at Level 2 and Level 6. Congratulations to all.
