The East of Ireland Festival of Piping will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday 25th June 2017 on Howth Promenade. The event is sponsored by St. Lawrence Pipe Band, Howth, and under the auspices of the Leinster Branch of the Irish Pipe Band Association.
